She went above and beyond to get a very difficult loan through the system. She worked thru all the issues and kept our buyers well informed during the process. During the period in which we were attempting to purchase a short sale property, Kristy Ruhkala helped us with complicated dealings. She was able to help us through the volume of paperwork required to close the deal. The task involved for this process needed a person with Kristy's knowledge to accomplish and finalize the purchase.
Kristy was such a great loan officer to work with. Can't find any one better.She was really a driving force in reaching our accelerated closing goal - proactive, patient, informative and collaborative. My husband and I purchased a short sale home through Kristy Ruhkala. She was very efficient and answered any questions we had (which sometimes had one or more everyday) along with our realtor she worked very hard and got us an exceptionally low Interest rate!
