I let your employees know my room smelled like smoke only for them to lie and say i had diapers and had to bring cleanin The staff are very rude. Impatient and judgmental the lady with the glasses in the from very rude always has an attitude and come across very pushy, the tall white man very impatient and rude and huffs and puffs just because you need to unlock a card. Wouldn't recommend Bathroom paint was chipped and looked like burn holes in the door. Breakfast was non existant. We went down an hour before breakfast ended and there was literally no food except I got the last yogurt cup. Many people just waiting for food. One lady repeatedly went to the front desk and asked if more food was coming. We gave up after half an hour. I booked this hotel because breakfast was included. Very dissapointed. Very easy to access of highway.

Staff was misleading and rude. I have an ESA. I called before I booked to ask about pet. They did not tell me about a charge. At arrival the clerk said she would have them take it off in the morning. At check out clerk refused to remove the 28.00 feet from bill. Very poor service
Room was great. Breakfast not so much. Get some regular half & half. I received an email from the hotel the day before my check-in that breakfast was open until 10am (which I added to my stay), so I was very surprised when I went into the breakfast room at 9:15am and was greeted by a Closed sign. There really wasn't anything left and when I asked an attendant if there was any regular half and half for my coffee, he just shrugged his shoulders, so I left. Not helpful. Nice property but woefully under staffed. When we arrived there was no one at reception and we waited over 20 minutes before I phoned the hotel from the lobby. I was able to reach the one staff they had who was off doing other duties rather than checking in guests. The breakfast was very lacking in selection Clean and nice looking property.
