Disappointing The food was terrible. There were transients staying at the hotel. My room smelled like smoke. The staff was friendly.
Diffrent and not In good way None of the usb plugs worked the room was small neighbors where noise the sheets smelled like they where not cleaned just a very disappointing time Hot water was nice and the bed was comfortable

When your room is left not secure it is a bad experience. On the second day we left our room at 10 am and returned at 10:30 pm to find the door on our room open. When we told the General Manager about the situation she was very indifferent. Generally clean appearance throughout hotel.

Poor The pillows were small and uncomfortable the TV was small but the worst part was they only had breakfast out until about 9 am on a weekend they should at least keep it out until about 10 am on weekends and there were still guest eating breakfast and they just started picking up all the food and putting things away, what if the guest that were in the dinning room was not done and they just started putting everything away. I feel like that was very rude! It was convenient to the location of the event I was attending.
Fair The cleanliness wasn't great hair all over the shower the pool was out of order with no warning,we booked because it had a pool so we had very upset kids that there was no pool. The smell threw the hotel wasn't great. Had cops outside our window late due to homeless people sleeping the rooms were hot even the ac on and having to open the window. The ventilation in bathroom sucks the bathroom would get so extremely hot taking a 5 minute shower.
