Very disappointing Pillows were lumpy. Toilet blocked up and there was no milk for the cereal at breakfast. Breakfast closed at 9am ( in every other hotel it is 10am).For the price you pay it is not unfair to expect more. We will not be staying at LA Quinta anymore and seeing we are Australians and travelling the US for ten weeks that chain will miss out on a lot of revenue
Disappointing Website stated outdoor pool was open until October, but we arrived September 21 and pool was already closed for season. Good breakfast with lots of options.
Overpowering cleaner or air freshener smell led to very poor stay. There was a very strong fragrance immediately upon entering the hotel. This only got worse when we arrived in our room. It was completely overwhelming and led to us all getting headaches within 30minutes of arriving. It smelt very artificially fragranced as if an intense air freshener or cleaner was being used to cover something. Bad I didn't like that, they didn't you zip. They wouldn't even input the card manually. At all, they totally refused not good experience
Never again It smelled like smoke, and I felt light headed as soon as I went in there, a bunch of homeless people Nothing, nothing at all

Just passable, wouldn't stay again Staff at check in were confused about having completed the pre-chrck in, said they couldn't find my reservation. Took a while to figure it out. Why offer pre-check in if staff doesn't know what to do? Hotel room wasn't cleaned well. Hairs on the floor by main door and in bathroom, as well as inside a bed. Bug on the comforter. Toilet bowl not cleaned well either.Elevator was exceptionally slow. Location is odd, have to go through parking lots to find it. Bed was comfortable
