Update your rooms and hire more staff. The room we stayed in was really out of date: the lights on the walls were loose and one of them didn't turn on, some of the outlets did not work and we couldn't access some because of the bed frame being in the way, there were stains in the bathroom (I don't even want to know what it was from), the bathrooms on the main floor were dirty and not kept well (no paper towels stocked either). Horrible. The room was so tiny there was no table for sitting to read or eat. No chair. Had to sit on bed with food on white bedding. I barely had space to open my luggage. Then the bathroom was a mess. The door was stiff. Then I realized it was due to moisture which I found out the bathroom curtain rod leans downward which causes the curtain to not stay fully extended so when I was showering the whole floor and door was soaking wet. Would not book again. Room reeked of cigarette smoke and not just recent but years of built up cigarette smoke. The bathroom was dirty including toilet seat, door, and bathroom floor. Sink was missing the drain plug. They had refillable white bottles by Dove for soap and shampoo/conditioner, but there was black smudges all over them. One of the beds has stains on the sheets. Won't stay again Its outdated and in a terrible part of town Nothing
Poor The bathroom door is in need of either replacement or fixing. The staff was friendly.
Not very happy. Could never find any staff, food was not very good, room was mediocre, lots of old raggedy furniture. Close to our son’s house.
Poor property worn out. looked and felt more like motel 6 than la quinta breakfast.staff. clean.
