Just horrible. Were there for 5 days and didn’t get better! Toilet in our room did not work for 2 days. Said they fixed but they didn’t. Moved us to new room, tv did not work right. Never fixed that. Faucet in tub was broken. Front desk girl rude & lied about maintenance man not being at work.Toilet in second room that daughter was in did not work but they fixed that. Distance in this hotel was complete crap. These people are fraudulent. I made a reservation for a room with two beds. I paid it when I got there, they had me a room with one bed because everything was occupied When I had already reserved and paid for my room with two beds.

Bring cleaning wipes The carpet was dirty, the sink was kind of broken, the air conditioner appears to have never been cleaned since it was built, the window lock was broken, the door didn't latch on its own, the room I booked was not available. Oh and the TV remote was visibly crusty The bed was nice

gross Very dirty and low quality. The smallest tv with no channels. Just an icky place to stay. outdoor nasty pool was closed and no hot tub. Next time I’ll stay next door at the holiday express. location
