Bad NOTHING! They called me at 7p telling me, my room was no longer available.
Disappointing I didn't like that they take $50 deposit for damages and charge my credit card. I am a canadian and i get charged exchanged and when they return the $50 the next day the amount i get back is not the same as the amount i get charged. they should put a hold on the $50 and only put it through if there is damage. So annoying.≥......
the staff was very unprofessional upon check in, breakfast refills would take forever to happen the second breakfast the hard to find the rooms

Look elsewhere The place is a mess. Looks like it is under construction but we were told nothing about it. No I know why they use the same pictures for all their rooms. The bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever tried to sleep on. I give this place a 2 just because of the breakfast. The room even had exposed electrical wires hanging out of the wall. Fair Bed, no fan location/convenient, clean
Disappointing
No Bueno. No refrigerator as stated, no mention of construction on property right above me started at 730 ish am, AFTER a false fire alarm at 12:10 am that had us all spilling out of rooms with no explanation ever given . That’s loud and jolts you awake for a while. Weird tape or something on switch above left of the tv on the wall which was clearly dirty. Just ick. In the past we have had good luck with this hotel brand. Also what’s up with no Kleenex or trash cans?
Fair The homeless nearby and staying there but they gave me no trouble. I only stayed there one last time before moving out of state because that was the last day that my father stayed out last July before he passed away in December. The staff was amazing. Unfortunately , a lot of addicts stay there so I had to make three trips from my vehicle to store all of my belongings into the room and check out in the morning with a little time left to have. But the staff was amazing and the room was very clean.
