Disappointing
one of the worst places we’ve stayed in Room was like a cell, pillows were like rocks, missing refrigerator, no breakfast as advertised, lobby refrigerator that was supposed to have snacks was empty.

Never again. There are plenty of other hotels in the area at the price point. This is no LQ They had me sign a statement agreeing to a one time charge of $20 for my 11 pound dog, then told me the charge is actually $40. They then put us in a room with stained carpet, smelly, and no phone. The management came up to inspect the room and then moved us. Bad Breakfast little options room had odors Nothing
Mediocre. For the price of the hotel you would think that the breakfast included would be more than water down waffle mix maybe some oatmeal and how to keep on asking for yogurt. Other hotels add missed covered are still giving their customers a wider variety of food. also, it would’ve been nice to know at the time of booking the reservation that I would be charged $100 deposit for the hotel room.
