Bullshit The GM was rude af. He didn’t have any patience, or manners. Also how are you going to sign up for a website then get made when customers use it. Property was clean and beautiful. Hard to find but good nonetheless.

Poor Toilet didn’t flush properly so I had to fix it before every flush. Shower didn’t work properly. Either way too hot or way too cold. No way to get water the proper temperature. Central location. Easy access from the interstate.
It was decent The air conditioner was stuck in heat mode, would not turn off or turn the temperature down, had to unplug the whole unit. It is ok place to stay.
Bad It smelled like sewer back up one of main bathrooms on bottom floor not working..The health department needs to be notified on this place dirty bathrooms un cleaned. The guy at front desk very rude unprofessional awful customer service.
Very disappointing Pillows were lumpy. Toilet blocked up and there was no milk for the cereal at breakfast. Breakfast closed at 9am ( in every other hotel it is 10am).For the price you pay it is not unfair to expect more. We will not be staying at LA Quinta anymore and seeing we are Australians and travelling the US for ten weeks that chain will miss out on a lot of revenue
Disappointing Website stated outdoor pool was open until October, but we arrived September 21 and pool was already closed for season. Good breakfast with lots of options.
Overpowering cleaner or air freshener smell led to very poor stay. There was a very strong fragrance immediately upon entering the hotel. This only got worse when we arrived in our room. It was completely overwhelming and led to us all getting headaches within 30minutes of arriving. It smelt very artificially fragranced as if an intense air freshener or cleaner was being used to cover something. Bad I didn't like that, they didn't you zip. They wouldn't even input the card manually. At all, they totally refused not good experience
Never again It smelled like smoke, and I felt light headed as soon as I went in there, a bunch of homeless people Nothing, nothing at all
