I will not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it. Front desk wasn’t staffed had to wait around 10:00 to check in and out because no one was around just a sign saying someone would be there soon. Smell of the hotel was unpleasant like too much carpet Fresh to cover who knows what. Shower faucet was almost impossibly to operate. One towel hook? Nice hotel, bad room below us 3am, room below us erupted person broke out window and woke the whole building, we then just left immediately Room was nice, clean

Would never stay here again, and will in all honestly NEVER use booking.com again either!!! The hallways were dark and dingy. There was one person working the desk to help all areas of the facility….manning the desk, making breakfast, getting towels - so inefficient!! MANY reservations were not found and people were left stranded without a place to stay. This was on BOOKING and not the facility. The property was close to the highway.
Was not worth to stay with family to me My first impression- dirty area in-and around elevator area. Secondly I found my room clean except broken shower knob. Thirdly dirty floor during breakfast and breakfast not good. Lastly while checking out the morning front desk staff today July 16 was rude to me in front of my kid. Upon asking his name he said why I was asking his name but I asked again since I was staying in hotel then he said Brian. Price and clean room
