Very Poor The pool was absolutely not maintained and cloudy which means not enough or no chlorine. The mgr said "the pool is closed for the season because he had no one to maintain it" which was a blatant lie as people and children were swimming in it all day before and there was no signage period. I went to get a water sample and he knocked it out of my hand. Later that same day it was still cloudy and open with people and children swimming. Horrible Everything Nothing this place stinks so bad
Fair dirty carpet dirty countertops funky smell
Renovation needed, urgent maintenance required. The air conditioner didn't work. We asked staff to help. He said he knew the AC had been having trouble. He took off the cover and told us all we needed to do was touch the thermostat to help the system recognize a need to start. So that worked for 10 minutes. We weren't going to do that through the night. He also said they had new units at the hotel ready for install but had to wait for these to die first. Disrespectful staff making false accusations My recent stay at La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Everett on June 27th was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Upon arrival at 2:00 PM with a group of friends, we found the front desk completely unmanned. A sign directed us to call a number for assistance, but when we did, it rang on the phone sitting unattended at the front desk itself.
