Felt very old, beds uncomfortable, location was very good for me, Will not stay again.

While we did complete a renovation a few years back, we have been replacing the mattresses in our rooms as part of a rolling upgrade and I regret that you must have been in a room we had not gotten to yet. just okay when we entered our room and was going to use the toilet, the toilet still had a toilet paper in it and had pee stain on the under the lid. that only meant that the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. Yikes! The front desk staff was super helpful.

The most horrible stay at a hotel. We were put in a room that was not clean there was hairs on the bed lubricant handprint on the headboard and wall above the bed. The carpet was filthy and there was holes in the wall that were filled with drywall mud. The TV was broken and there was cigarette burns on the tub. The smell was horrible and you could tell that the place was not clean at all. Not as good as other properties in this chain. I would stay elsewhere if we returned to that location. the directions to find it were very confusing. no signage outside to get there. no one at the desk to greet us. had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show up. room was a bit warn. the shower tap doesn’t turn off. shower curtain had mold on the bottom. shower rod was broken. could here the guests above us and in the hallway. big TV was good. breakfast was a little lacking but the lady attending was pleasant although she was t... read more
