Noisy and way too small. No chair or luggage rack. bigger bed, larger room. could hardly move around in it. Price same as family with huge room. Breakfast good. Room had no kleenex, chair, table and a small bed. Thought we were getting queen size. Tiny room.

will not stay here again. bedroom was dirty , pictures on website don’t match the room at all. sheets were dirty, stained , room was run down. i was too tired to complain ! I just lay on top of the bed. very uncomfortable! i arrived at 10pm and had to leave at 4 am to catch a flight. Looked good from the photos.

Honestly one of the worst stays in a hotel I’ve had. The area has a lot of drug addicts, saw a lady rip her shirt off with her breast hanging out freaking out, front desk card reader took forever to read my card, my check out was at 1500 , at 1445 another guest swiped into my room as I was laying down in my boxers, honestly wouldn’t recommend staying here. also the room smelled very weird, like a mixture of fish and chemicals. Couldn’t tell you what I liked about it.

smell was a deal breaker first off.. the smell, gosh smelled a mix of mold, cigarettes, humidity…. it was soo bad , Ilthe water pressure was awful, the AC did not work properly and the beds were sooo uncomfortable, towels cheap materials, the walls were just painted over but you could see the mold coming trough, the closet had mold inside …. the hotel looks good in the pictures but it’s horrible and no parking the stuff as super friendly!!! the location wasn’t too bad

Very disappointed. You can't confidence in the staff. Unfortunately, I forgot a new jacket and shoes when I checked out. I called the next day and they told me that there was nothing in the room. That's impossible, because I bought this at a nearby ROSS, I left it on the bed. I never left the hotel from when I bought it until I checked out. On the other hand, the hotel is very noisy, they let pets in, but when you are sleeping, you feel people walking through the corridors with dogs barking. I do not recommend the hotel. Quick I didn’t like the fact I discriminated against for having my service animal with me, and had to pay a fee, never in my life have I checked into somewhere and had been questioned about this situation. And then turned around and charged as a “pet” fee. I have already sent an email to management About this. I hope this is not the way they treat other guests who bring their service animals in. I liked the location of the hotel.
