HORRIVEL. descaso com os clientes. entrarei nas pequenas causas. cancelaram a minha reserva por email 3h antes de eu chegar de madrugada no hotel. eu ja havia pago 3 semanas antes. Tive q de madrugada catar outro hotel 4 vezes mais caro, de última hora. Total descaso deles e do Booking, irresponsável dizendo que eles não tem responsabilidade sendo que contratei por eles. No AirBnb caso algo dê errado, eles te colocam em outro local. Falta de respeito com o cliente.
