Terrible phones did not work, roaches in the room, tv remote did not work and they did not have extras. room was dirty. bar lock on door was broke. nothing

Poor
The hotel isn't pretty, but it works if you want a cheap place to spend the whole day out exploring The room did not look clean at all, and the air conditioning seems to have not been maintained for more than a decade. The beds are fine, I have nothing bad to say about them. The furniture is old as is the AC. The bathroom in the lobby has a damaged door and the ice machine is not working. The location is very good, it is a short distance from the metro and there are also many restaurants around the hotel.
