Acceptable On our first night there, the water to the entire property was shut off and was off for a couple of hours which makes it difficult to bathe and tend to babies. The property is nice and easily accessible.
Clean rooms and linens. Room has a microwave and refrigerator which is nice. The hotel was without water for about an hour in the evening when I wanted to take a shower which was irritating. Front desk said it was due to maintenance.
Exceptional
Property was clean and staff was courteous and helpful. Overall I really enjoyed my time here and would book a room in the future should I return to the area. Pros: Clean room and common areas Well serviced and stocked Quick response times to mechanical issue (elevator broke but was fixed within 24 hrs.) Very friendly and attentive staff!
Honestly we were hesitant about this area but it was convenient since target was nearby. The staff was attentive and helpful when we asked for extra towels etc. the breakfast provided was very nice and good. The price for the hotel stay was a bit too steep but I would say it was worth it since we were taken care of. If we plan another Austin trip I’d stay there again
