My stay was good but could have been better. I did not like the lack of communication between the staff. I kept my DND sign on our room the first day of our stay as we did not need service, however, on the second day of course we needed housekeeping. We left our room at approximately 1:30pm and stopped by the front desk to let them know we would be out the rest of the day and would like the room cleaned just to come back and find out the room went untouched. Would not recommend. Top blanket was stained, towel was stained. Water pressure bad. Shower door leaked water out onto the floor. Tv small. Breakfast was good.
Nice hotel and area if it weren't for the staff. The staff was lazy and rude. There was no towels at the pool and, pretty much, had to beg for them. The staff also acted as if the guests were an inconvenience. Booked and paid for a double Queen room but was given a double double bed room instead. The area is wonderful and the hotel itself is nice.
Glad it was only one night. Despite the fact we used our credit card all day, it was declined so they billed it manually but issued no receipt. Then the credit card company put a hold on our card which took me an hour to straighten out. We were booked into a handicapped room despite my specific request for a regular room. There were NO washcloths. One of the bathroom outlets didn’t work. No milk for the cereal at breakfast. Great location for us. Pleasant young lady at the front desk. Nicely decorated & very clean. Bad I suppose because we had a small dog with us, they felt the need to put us in a handicap room right next to an entrance/exit door where people rudely came in/out all night long, which then sparked my dog to bark. It was a terrible night. The handicap shower sent water clear out into the middle of the bathroom floor creating a slip and fall issue. Bed sheets were soiled upon arrival. Breakfast was non-existent. Cleanliness was poor. Noise of other guests. Location

The room was very nice. Hotel should notify customers when booking of breakfast or any other changes First, the breakfast pictured on the booking website showed a full hot meal. When we woke up Sunday morning to find only empty bowls with no cereal or milk and then Little Debbie Honey buns, we were very upset! I know Covid is going on, but if there isn't going to be a full hot breakfast DON'T have it advertised!!!!!!! Make that a note message when you click on the hotel.
