Very Poor Dogs were barking in the halls or rooms by us until 1:30am. we will never stay here again.
It wasn’t a very pleasant one It was a lot of homeless people with lots of dogs. And I believe animals pets are not allowed. I didn’t like the breakfast.

no fueron honestos con su política de pets friendly Cuando hice mi reservación y cuando llegue al hotel informe que tenía un perro de servicio, al hacer el check out me recargaron dinero porque según me habían dado una habitación en un piso donde habían personas alérgicas a los perros. yo informe al hotel de mi perro lo vieron conmigo al llegar y no dijeron nada. al final otra persona hizo el recargo a mi tarjeta después de haberme ido al hotel.

Fair The employees were VERY RUDE, I have never encountered such rude staff staying at a hotel…… first off , I call on the way to the hotel asking about what the check in time and and what time was to late to check in, before I could even asked I proceeded to tel him my name to start off…..thinking that’d be a great thing to do so he’d know who I was…. Bad I was improperly charged an additional $250 because the front desk claimed the smelled smoke in the room after I left. I informed them I am a non smoker. They continued to claim I smoked in the room. Before that moment the visit was fine. The charge came hours after checkout when I was already to far away to go back and dispute the charges.
