Bad Everything, especially the harassment I want a refund
Fair The employees were VERY RUDE, I have never encountered such rude staff staying at a hotel…… first off , I call on the way to the hotel asking about what the check in time and and what time was to late to check in, before I could even asked I proceeded to tel him my name to start off…..thinking that’d be a great thing to do so he’d know who I was…. Bad I was improperly charged an additional $250 because the front desk claimed the smelled smoke in the room after I left. I informed them I am a non smoker. They continued to claim I smoked in the room. Before that moment the visit was fine. The charge came hours after checkout when I was already to far away to go back and dispute the charges.
My stay was good but could have been better. I did not like the lack of communication between the staff. I kept my DND sign on our room the first day of our stay as we did not need service, however, on the second day of course we needed housekeeping. We left our room at approximately 1:30pm and stopped by the front desk to let them know we would be out the rest of the day and would like the room cleaned just to come back and find out the room went untouched. Would not recommend. Top blanket was stained, towel was stained. Water pressure bad. Shower door leaked water out onto the floor. Tv small. Breakfast was good.
Nice hotel and area if it weren't for the staff. The staff was lazy and rude. There was no towels at the pool and, pretty much, had to beg for them. The staff also acted as if the guests were an inconvenience. Booked and paid for a double Queen room but was given a double double bed room instead. The area is wonderful and the hotel itself is nice.
Glad it was only one night. Despite the fact we used our credit card all day, it was declined so they billed it manually but issued no receipt. Then the credit card company put a hold on our card which took me an hour to straighten out. We were booked into a handicapped room despite my specific request for a regular room. There were NO washcloths. One of the bathroom outlets didn’t work. No milk for the cereal at breakfast. Great location for us. Pleasant young lady at the front desk. Nicely decorated & very clean. Bad I suppose because we had a small dog with us, they felt the need to put us in a handicap room right next to an entrance/exit door where people rudely came in/out all night long, which then sparked my dog to bark. It was a terrible night. The handicap shower sent water clear out into the middle of the bathroom floor creating a slip and fall issue. With that said we were here about a month ago with our dog and was placed in a room on the third floor and it was great. I guess it just depends on the friendliness of the perso... read more
