Fair Sometimes the lobby would have mud stains, the room I initially booked wasn't what I received, the hotel is away from everything so location could've been better. The bathroom was big and the staff were kind.
Bad Stains on the bedsheets The bedsheet had stains on them. The couch has damages and stain on them.
Disappointing Im livid if your check out is at 11am why are your cleaning people knocking on my room door at 9am !!!!

Poor Staff was not very friendly. There were a bunch of high-school kids running around, and nobody did anything. Water all over the halls and room was not so clean. The refrigerator was not working at all. My Mom has diabetes so she carries insulin, so that was a problem

Fair The room was not at all handicap accessible, couldn't shower and had to wash up bedside, and the toilet was also none useful cause it was just an regular almost on the floor toilet so, we couldn't get out the wheelchair to use the bathroom and you need to consider getting am hospital bed in at least 2 rooms in your establishment. Didn't eat breakfast, the receptionist was the best.
Not pleased The linen was dingy on the beds and room had a pungent smell It was a constant disturbing sound within the walls that made resting extremely hard.
