the front desk clerk at check-in was distracted and unprofessional. came across as annoyed that we were there. N/A

Upon arrival no greet until gentlemen finished his paperwork. Front chairs and floor were dirty. The people staying in the room next door were very loud. They listened to their loud music till 3am. I like that its next door to Texas Roadhouse. Good location.
Fair
Not a good experience. The walls are paper thin. I could hear loud talking, laughter and children running around the room above me and next room on the tv side. Also the parking was terrible. Being behind a popular restaurant such as Texas Roadhouse was a mistake, but that can be remedied with additional parking spaces on the vacant land near the property. I had to ride around 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to leave. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
ehhh the parking when the damn restaurant across the street fills up leaves no parking for guests. really need to address the issue. staff was great really great!
AWFUL AWFUL 1. I requested a room by the elevator, due to my husbands heart condition. The room was not near the elevator. Getting of the elevator the floor smelled like Urine. it reeked. heard several dogs barking ??? Called the operator and was told we were put on the pet floor. The dogs barked all night long. was told that they could refund me but I would have to go to another hotel. it was late and no rooms were available anywhere else. We had to stay . NEVER EVER AGIN WILL I STAY AT THIS HOTEL. location was great
