Not staying here again The guy at the front desk was rude. Made a last minute reservation through Booking and he said he cant see my reservation. Made me wait at the lobby. Location

Overall great, location is fantastic granted you have a steakhouse right in front Upon arrival was not greeted or attended to in a welcoming manner, had to wait 5-10 min while staff was on a call, after I was taken care of, I wasn’t given any explanation of the facilities amenities such as internet availability and how to use it, the only thing was mentioned was breakfast is at 7am till 10am Renewed, refreshed lobby and accommodations in general though you must stay on top of
Christmas stay Hot water dispenser for hot tea was dirty, water was cold, brown, and tasted like coffee. Ugg. The facilities were excellent. Staff very friendly and obliging with whatever we needed. Food for breakfast very good. However hot water for tea was cold and the pot was not a dedicated pot as water dispensed was brownish and tasted like coffee. Yuck.
