Christmas stay Hot water dispenser for hot tea was dirty, water was cold, brown, and tasted like coffee. Ugg. The facilities were excellent. Staff very friendly and obliging with whatever we needed. Food for breakfast very good. However hot water for tea was cold and the pot was not a dedicated pot as water dispensed was brownish and tasted like coffee. Yuck.

Bad!! Was there for an important meeting in the morning (at our Lewisville facility), but a dog on the 4th floor was barking from 4 am until 6 am . Which really ruined my day! Why would you allow a dog on the 4th floor??!! It was horrible.
Fair Sometimes the lobby would have mud stains, the room I initially booked wasn't what I received, the hotel is away from everything so location could've been better. The bathroom was big and the staff were kind.
Bad Stains on the bedsheets The bedsheet had stains on them. The couch has damages and stain on them.
