Good I didn't like the noise from the refrigerator that disrupted resting and relaxation. It seemed as the refrigerator was defrosting all day and especially at night. I also didn't like that hotel parking was the over flow from Texas Roadhouse which made finding a place to park scarce. I liked the hotel was new. I also like there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Pleasant Had guests on same floor very rowdy, noisy till after midnight, and then again starting at 5am. Got no sleep. It was new
Excellent The sausage at breakfast must have been bad. My husband ate the same thing I ate except for the sausage. I got sick and he did not. The hotel was clean. Person behind the desk professional.
Good The hotel was out of bottle water and in the Texas heat that was ridiculous.
Good Staff said I didn't book a 2 queen bed room and were about to turn me away because they said they were all booked. I was very upset, but when I showed them the receipt from you, they honored it and gave me what I booked.
Exceptional Did not like pets in dining area

Brand New facility N/a Extremely clean
Very nice hotel, would book again. Can't think of anything. Very comfortable and quiet, friendly staff, extremely convenient to Baylor Hospital.
