Rooms are dirty, dont have towels, the breakfast was not stocked enough. We had to change rooms because the hot water was not working in the 1st room.

Room was ok, bathroom tub was too old, dirty and broken, same with the sink in the bathroom, Chair in the room was very filthy, outside corridors were so dirty, they refused to provide extra cot, the amount money we spent we could have got much better place

This hotel should have same similar quality as other Wytham chain, but it is worse because not providing enough staff for cleaning dan maintain the condition as a good hotel such the door, the cleanliness of the carpet. The breakfast is also frequently not have enough food because most people took too much

Noisy all night long with people waddling my door knob at 3:00 am, felt like I was in a cheap hotel in the hood.

The rooms never got cleaned Struggled to get towels Toilet flush in our room was broken Mould on the ceiling Tv remote didn’t work Continuously having to good to reception to get room key activated which was very annoying Some of the staff where very helpful others wasn’t
