The property was a mess in all categories. Very unpolite and rude reception staff. No one picks up the phone at thr reception at night time. A bad experience.

I asked for a hotel in Haworth, NJ and you put me way off course and in a very unsafe environment. I had a hard time finding it and when I called the hotel I couldn’t understand them. I hated it!

Worse place I've been, read the reviews B4 booking...the picture on line of the building is fake ...place looks horrible

Hotel is in dire need to remodel and clean up! ASAP

We are under full renovation and under new management.
Staff was rude and innattentive. There were alot of shady people in and around the hotel. The breakfast area was filthy and the foid was gone before you could get a full breakfast for your whole family. Our last day there i received a flat tire in the parking lot and they tried rushing me my 2 kids and our emotional support dog out. Never again
