This is a very dirty, and loud hotel. Felt more like a motel, does not support what they advertise. Only stayed one night, and ran out early morning to find a better hotel.

The room was dirty! The bathroom had hair all over the floor, and there were no towels! When I asked for towels, they didn’t have none, so had to go buy towels. The front desk did nothing to accommodate my stay! Will never stay there again!!!

Disgusting! I would avoid this place at all costs there was literally poop smeared on the mattress under the sheets. There is zero way that if anyone stripped the bed and remade it that they could have missed it, absolute complete negligence the place is a filthy dump!

Found fleas in our room. Another person staying there came up to the desk while we were checking in saying their outside door was propped open with a rock. Trash and cigarette butts in the halls.

Double booked suite we reserved and tried to charge us the same amount for a king room. Took over 2 1/2 hours to check in, didn’t get checked in until almost 8pm. Dirty rooms, old soap in the shower, dirty brown rag on floor

Marijuana and cigarettes smell coming from rooms, dirty hallways and very old rooms.

It was unsafe and I didn’t get compensated. Had to leave my door unlocked most of the night because the keys weren’t working at all. I was locked out numerous of times. Someone was supposed to compensate me but I didn’t get awarded with it
