Very pleasant. The carpets need to be cleaned on the third floor and in my room (324). Clear instructions on where to pick up the courtesy bus would have been appreciated, together the option to book the bus online for international travellers without access to a US mobile phone connection. Room great, staff and instruction sadly missing The receptionist didn’t tell us about the breakfast which we missed out on or which way to go to our room from reception. We ended up going the wrong way along the ground floor smelling of marijuana!!! the elevators are very old. The room is was clean and tidy. The bed was comfy.
Great place to stay on a long layover at IAH, comfortable and convenient. We use this stay on a long layover at IAH, we used the shuttle to the hotel and slept for a few hours, the staff was friendly and attentive and the shuttle run on time.
