Very pleased Close to the airport so rather noisy until later in the evening. Clean & close to a restaurant for dinner.

Very Good Staff, all of them, were not engaged and not friendly. It was basic continental breakfast. Good enough.
Loved the room and the property, not the hospitality. Not many options for nearby restaurants, and sad that they charged us to check in early..if there is a room ready, usually that’s a hospitality thing and free of charge. Loved the property itself and nearness to the IAH airport and free shuttle.
Might stay here again if in the area. Elevator slow & appears old & dirty which was quite a difference from the newly carpeted halls & rooms. Bathroom door missing a knob. Halls & rooms smell great which was nice. Room clean & bed comfortable. A/C worked well. Pretty quiet. Outer doors worked well.
