Very Good The bathroom shower was a little dirty in the crevices and the carpet could be cleaned as my socks instantly turned dirty but overall the room was neat. What was most annoying was the overwhelmingly strong perfumed room spray throughout the whole hotel. It took me a couple hours to get accustomed to it but it was so strong upon arrival. Super close to the IAH airport so I was able to roll out of bed, take a quick shower, check out, return my car rental, and be at my flight gate within 30 minutes of opening my eyes.... read more
Great value, would stay again. The shuttle from the airport was a pain. I called multiple times and nobody answered - the call is dropped after 17 unanswered rings. When they finally answered, they said 15 - 20 minutes, and after 30 minutes I gave up and paid for a taxi. Room was large, spotless clean, and comfortable. Very high standard for the price I paid.
Wonderful Room was somewhat clean, shower had not been thoroughly cleaned from previous visit. Hair on the shower walls and sink. Very affordable.

Buena estancia si tienes un vuelo en el IAH Me gustaría ver un mapa del hotel para poder tener idea de con qué otros beneficios cuenta Al personal es muy atento , todas las instalaciones estaban bien cuidadas , habia un buen olor en las habitaciones
De paso por Houston Que no hubiese té para beber El personal muy amable y la ubicación del hotel, camas muy cómodas y habitación muy espaciosa
