Very Good Tv was giving us a hard time, also saw a bug by the window not sure what it was, key got disconnected and we had to go to lobby to get it activated again Very comfortable, had great service

Exceptional No breakfast due to COVID but I feel they should take it off the website. Very nice hotel and very clean...will definitely be back.

It was ok but we won’t stay there again. Definite case of you get what you pay for here. There were bugs in our room. Not sure what they were but they kind of looked like super tiny ants. And I woke up in the middle of the night and saw a roach crawling on the dresser. The bed wasn’t uncomfortable, but it could have been better. You could tell it was old because it was noisy. The pull out couch wouldn’t lay flat and the mattress on that was not comfortable at all. You could feel every bar underneath it. The sheets were soft ... read more

We did not get any complaints of the issues you mentioned during your stay. If we had we would’ve addressed immediately. All of our beds are less than a year old and are Serra pillow top mattresses. We understand some people like firmer beds but we go by what the majority of guest ask for.
