Okay, but I' No instructions on WIFI. 'We hold $60.00 on your cc for incidentals'. One person 'sometimes' at the desk. I never saw another staff member. Great selection of pillows on the bed (must have been 8-10 of different types/sizes. It's a former La Quinta, without any of the usual amenities that La Quinta offered.

We parted ways with LaQuinta 2 years ago as we were not happy with the higher fees due to the Wyndham buy out of LaQuinta. We have all the same amenities now as when we were LaQuinta. It was OK The pool was soooooo warm, it made us feel slimy. There wasn’t any breakfast although it stated that on the booking. It was an Ok room, the price was good. The staff were ok, nothing great, nothing horrible. Best thing was the location and the Bakery right down the road.

Thank you for your feedback. Booking and all sites state due to COVID breakfast is currently not offered. Our hotel also does not have the green banner across it when scrolling through hotels that says Breakfast Included. We hope to serve you again in the future.
Excellent Greeted by the husband-wife team with smiles and service. The facility was clean, neat and beautifully decorated. They are pet friendly, but you couldn’t smell it. Very nice stay. Close to NASA which was our destination. We highly recommend this property

Over all the hotel wasn’t what I expected especially after reading the reviews. When we arrived it was after midnight. After traveling I was looking forward to taking a hot shower and relaxing. They’re wasn’t any hot water. The next day I went swimming in the pool which was dirty, cigarette butts; trash and leaves were in the pool. I went back to my room and still there wasn’t any hot water. I contacted the front desk and I was advised that management was on their way to the property and they would be in contact with us. We are very sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. Unfortunately due to COVID we have not been serving breakfast since end of March. On Booking site it does not show that Breakfast is included and states "Due to Covid breakfast or other services may be limited". We also removed the Green banner on the hotel picture that states Breakfast included. We do not have any flyers stating breakfast is open or available.
