The hotel was in a good location, only real downside was the hot tub wasn’t working.

Stayed 2 nights, location was good- easy access to highway and walkable to a few good restaurants. The building itself was older with cosmetic updates but not kept up well. Shower was low pressure and not hot. Staff very friendly though. Would probably try to spend a bit extra to stay somewhere else next time.

We reserved a king room with whirlpool, but none was available at check in. We attempted to use the spa at the pool and it was ice cold. Fruit desk staff really didn't seem to care. No guide to the TV, I asked who the provider was so i could look out up online, she didn't know.

Basic and fine, but rough around the edges. Soap was not available until following day, when they found some and made sure it was delivered to the room. Carpet in hall needs cleaning. Had to get card key fixed twice - I was there 3 nights and seem to stop working at check out time every day. The staff was great and doing their best.
