Because of Covid they were short on staff but those working did a great job
Nice and clean nice staff
We have stayed at this property in past and found it to be safe, comfortable and well-maintained. Unfortunately it has recently changed hands (previous owners apparently experienced bankruptcy) and the property maintenance needs some attention. We arrived after dark and it was a little concerning that the outside lighting was not working - the property almost looked abandoned. We were suppose to have an executive king room with a king bed and pull out sofa bed. When we arrived we had a room with 2 queen beds, only 2 towels yet we reserved with 2 adults and 2 children, and a half used roll of toilet paper. When we asked the front desk for toilet paper they said they couldn’t find it so they gave us a box of tissues instead. The room had water spots on the ceiling and just didn’t feel very clean.
