Great experience Room was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Couch was comfortable. Bathroom was large with nice full size fluffy soft towels. We loved that the ac/heating unit had a deflector on top to make sure the air was directed into the room instead of up into the curtains. Tiny "convenience store" type area with snacks and items a guest might need. Would definitely stay here again.
Good Made the reservation here specifically because of the indoor pool and hot tub. Pool water was frigid and the hot tub was broken and seemed it had been for some time. Staff was friendly and accommodating
La Quinta is my choice when staying in Mansfield TX. Price might have been a little high but still a great hotel for the price. Shower heads could be higher for those of us that are adults. I usually don't like hotel beds but I did like this one. I slept well for a change at a hotel.
Exceptional The pool wasn't working. When you travel to TX in January, from New England, we want to use the pool. beds are comfortable, king rooms were large and allowed for all travelers to visit comfortably in one space. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
Very Good I didn't have a refrigerator in my room upon arriving but when I informed the front desk they got right on it. The front desk lady was very welcoming. The facility was EXTREMELY clean & nice smell.
Very nice and clean hotel. The fact that I could not connect with wi-fi at all during the four days we were there. They had computer problems but there were several patrons who could not connect. Very frustrating. The spa was down the entire time we were there. I liked the cleanliness and the staff was very courteous. The fact that they are pet-friendly was very helpful.
Great place to stay. There was nothing that I didnt like. Nothing to complain about. I will definitely stay here again if I am in there area.
