The air in the room didn't get cold, the shower was stained and when you entered the lobby there was a ceiling leak.
This stay was better then two weeks ago, the staff was better, more friendly. The lobby had a huge leak in the ceiling and had a container catching the leak.
Everything was great except that they were working on the swimming pool and my girls wanted to go swimming
Hotel is in a great area with little traffic and easy access to Mansfield and South Arlington. Several dining options within walking distance. When I stayed, several amenities were closed for repair (pool, guest laundry). Otherwise, no issues with the property. Staff were helpful, breakfast was good, and I rarely heard the other guests moving around, even when I knew they were there. Good value for the money.
It was overall nice. There were a few issues like the bathroom having what we think is black mold in the shower...and a few ants in our room and the elevator smelling funky but that's it. The rest of the place was nice and the front desk people were great. It was VERY nice to have breakfast for us too!!
Just a nice place to stay.
Its an ok stay if you do not need a lot. House keeping came in and didn’t leave clean towels. When I called the front desk, they told me I had to come down and get them.
Staff was uninterested at check in. Lady was on the phone taking a call, while checking me in. Whole hall smelled like wet dog. Felt like the price was waaayyyyy too much for what I got. Comfy bed though.

Ok value. I’d fire the contractors they use for updates. Poor quality work
