Pleasant Breakfast was a little lacking
family enjoyed our stay their!!! WiFi, air was cold enough.we was in comfort the first night. Everything was great for room.
Great stay much better than the Grand Hyatt that I had been staying in. The cost of all hotels is to much. I realize they like all business need to turn a profit but really does it need to be that high . There was nothing wrong with this facility it was clean the staff friendly
Not too bad They need fresh fruit and new sheets.the pool was clean but overrun with unsupervised kids. Fruits were old. Sheets had stains on them.
Enjoyed it very much and will return on my next trip to Mansfield! Three weeks before my stay, I reserved a room with two queen beds. When we arrived, we were given a room with one double bed and a bathtub (!) in the corner of the room. We called the desk and asked for a different room and was told there were none available. The facility was very clean and always smelled good. The maid staff were friendly and efficient!
Very Good A/c in room took a while to start working but once it did it cooled down pretty well
