Good For a non smoking facility We got of the fourth floor and walked in to a wall of smoke smell people were smoking I walked into bars with less smoke. Air conditioning seemed like it was not working. Location

Amazing experience None known Everyone was really nice and the amenities were wonderful.
Fair Two rooms were booked. One the a/c did no work and it was very uncomfortable. Since I booked thru your company they would not adjust the bill at all. Policy - had I booked direct with them they would have adjusted it. As a consequence I doubt if I will use either again. Close to family and convenient.
Wonderful we were unable to check in on time because our room wasn't ready. It took several hours and I think on such a busy weekend there should have been more staff to keep up with the demand
