Hotel is fine, got good rest at night. Simple but good breakfast. Wifi was the worst part- could only connect for 5 min at a time then could not connect again for hours. Dataport in wall did not work either. Front desk said no issues with their equipment.

I think the front desk meant that the issue was with Verizon and we were waiting on them to resolve the issue. Since then the system has come back on and everything is working now. My only complaint is that the spa water temp was barely warm. I have back problems and wanted to have a nice hot tub soak. Instead I did my soaks in the room bath tub. The staff was friendly and efficient, the room was nice and clean.

Great Front Desk Staff The location was right off a highway and close to family that live in the area. There were many family members staying here from Denver, Greenville SC, and NC, for a family funeral. Not only was Melanie super friendly and helpful to us all but I also received great service from everyone at the desk. The Manager, who's name I did not get, was EXCEPTIONAL in helping me with an issue. It was a difficult trip for us all, but the hotel was a positive experience.
