Not my hotel experience!!! Considering the circumstances of Covid this was new to us , i feel Housekeeping could still come to each room, to make sure we need anything. If they do not want to clean the rooms daily. Hotels always need updates to keep everyone comfortable.(in the websites) you need to mention the pools will be closed- and or If you say on your list breakfast 🥞 will be served. No one was at check in counter upon arrival. We had to wait a bit for someone to show up. We had 2 rooms. Mine was ok but my sisters room was unsatisfactory. There was a bottle from a previous occupant on the window seal, which means it wasn’t wiped off. Their bathroom wasn’t as clean as ours.

Excellent service by your Saturday morning 2/22/20 breakfast lady. She came in early to accommodate our basketball team who needed to eat 15 minutes before your scheduled breakfast time in order to get to our early morning game. Thank you for that!
