My only complaint is that the spa water temp was barely warm. I have back problems and wanted to have a nice hot tub soak. Instead I did my soaks in the room bath tub. The staff was friendly and efficient, the room was nice and clean.

Great Front Desk Staff The location was right off a highway and close to family that live in the area. There were many family members staying here from Denver, Greenville SC, and NC, for a family funeral. Not only was Melanie super friendly and helpful to us all but I also received great service from everyone at the desk. The Manager, who's name I did not get, was EXCEPTIONAL in helping me with an issue. It was a difficult trip for us all, but the hotel was a positive experience. Very helpful and friendly staff, the hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Worth the short drive out of the busy cities.
