Bad It was close to family members. Rooms are not worth 100 a night. Don't match what's advertised online. Breakfast was ok. Couldn't get late check out and our stay was during a storm. Only one ice machine worked on 3rd floor.
We come to area several times a month. Will not stay there again. The location was hard to get to. There was no iron in room so I went to desk to get one. After an hour the front desk found one. Got back to room, iron did not work. The phone in the room did not work. Cracks in the tile, just did not seem clean and nice. The bed was comfortable.
Disappointing
Only okay for one night passing through The breakfast was little to nothing. Each day was only waffles that came out soggy, biscuits, sausage, and plain cereal. It was very minimal and not kid friendly. We didn't have hot water in the room when trying to take showers. When I mentioned it to the front desk they said it was because the other guests were showing at the same time. (We were trying to shower around 10:30pm each night.) The hot tub was not hot at all. Very Poor
Poor service I didn't like how the toilet didn't flush the cabinet or the icebox was was mold and the cabinet broken the door didn't close, the ice box wasn't keeping the food cold it was hot on the top the microwave didn't close, on the floors there were nasty the breakfast was not all that good it was cold I don't think 383 was worth my stay I think I should get a little refund not all my money back but some because some of my accommodations were not met The bed and the bathroom

Crappy hotel and the management was lacking It was 32° outside and the room heater kept shutting off. The toilet kept stopping up. The got tub was covered with foam and the pool was cloudy, it was not clean or sanitized. Breakfast was ok.
