The property is easy to locate and is located within several restaurants and other major streets. However, the room was not up to par. Too many ants in the room, was bitten 3 times. Bed sheets not changed every day like I was informed by staff. No water pressure in the shower. Mold in the curtains that hit against the air conditioner. Room was sprayed with pesticide and had to deal with the smell

This La Quinta allowed pets. The pets floor was the 4th floor. They put us on the 4th floor without our knowledge that it was a pets allowed floor. I had two rooms, one for my daughter and grand daughters and one for My wife and I. My grand daughter got flea bites on her ankle on the third day. My daughter say fleas jumping in the bathroom. I complained to the manager and she moved my daughters room to the third floor. The third floor is a no pets floor. They should never have put us on a floor with pets.

No towel rack in bathroom or couch in room. Only one luggage rack or place to spread out belongings

My room had issues. Both bathroom faucets (sink & tub) leaked. The tub faucet had a steady stream of water. I could see that the wall behind the tub surround was soaked with water due to the discoloration of granite stone and the just outside the shower was also soaking wet and showed signs of mold. Additionally the bathroom ceiling light fixture was covered with rust and didn't work. I can't imagine how the staff did not notice these things.

It was close to visiting family...... when we went into room notices the wall full of ants called front desk and they sent the maintenance with a can of Raid to spray, that didnt get rid of the problem had to deal with that the whole weekend.

The staff was very good and very courteous. I got the sense that they are maximizing what they are given to work with by ownership. Our room had a ceiling repair of some sort and the paint used to finish the area was completely different than the rest of the ceiling. I was extremely disappointed with the fitness center because there wasn't a single working machine in it. The property was fairly nice, pool looked nice, room was comfortable. my main issue relies with the staff. I booked a room for two nights, and my room was not cleaned after the first night of our stay. We were in town for a basketball tournament and had ordered out, so the trash from our food was left in the room for the duration of our stay. Also, we had ants in our bathroom, and the dirty linens were not picked up. We brought our issues to the attention of Candace, who was working at the front desk, but the room still didn... read more
