The staff was very good and very courteous. I got the sense that they are maximizing what they are given to work with by ownership. Our room had a ceiling repair of some sort and the paint used to finish the area was completely different than the rest of the ceiling. I was extremely disappointed with the fitness center because there wasn't a single working machine in it. The property was fairly nice, pool looked nice, room was comfortable. my main issue relies with the staff. I booked a room for two nights, and my room was not cleaned after the first night of our stay. We were in town for a basketball tournament and had ordered out, so the trash from our food was left in the room for the duration of our stay. This hotel was awful. You can hear everything, like a bathroom door shutting in the room 10 doors away. Every step taken next to your room and above your room. At check-in at 8 pm, the clerk was taking several calls and we had to wait about 5 minutes to be helped. Finally we got our keys and went up to our room except it wasn’t our room and we walked into this sweet older lady’s room which horrified her. Don't Do It! I would never stay at this hotel again based on this stay. There was a group of high school students staying here and our room was on the second floor just above the lobby. From the sounds of it, we were in the lobby. It was AWFUL! We could hear everything and they didn't go to bed until 11 or so at night and they were up at 6 a.m. on Saturday morning. No swimming The parking lot was completely full every night, nowhere to park, had to park at nearby restaurant. The hot tub/spa was not functioning. The “indoor” pool was in a room that was about 55 degrees and the water in the pool was freezing, kids could not swim at all.

poorly maintained properry When I got to the room, both of the beds in the room had dirt on the bedspreads. My room key did not work well with the electronic key mechanism. Two lights in the room were not working. One of them had no lightbulb. When I went downstairs, I noticed that the spa was out of order. This is a small and minimalist motel in a suburban area. I was not expecting much, but I at least expected the motel to be clean and decently maintained. That was not the case. I will not stay here again.

We get there at 3 to check in and the staff lady tells me the room will be ready in 30 minutes. I call back in 45 minutes she tells me another 30 minutes. I wait some more and the third time she tells me the same. Finally I said forget Ill freshen up in the restroom and go to the event. After the event was over, I go back to check in and they have no record of my reservation. I had to show them the receipt and the draft from my bank account before she could find my reservation. Terrible customer service.

Dissapointed. Pet hair all over our rooms floor. Couldn’t get any towels from housekeeping. We had to go down to the front desk to get them ourselves. Poor drainage in the shower and toilet.

Dirty rooms! Check in was great. Staff very friendly. Counter staff recognized us from previous stays. Pulled sheets and blankets back on beds, and one bed had sheets And under blanket with urine that was dried. Counter staff got me clean bedding and we changed bedding. Bathroom floor had trash on it behind toilet and door. Inside of fridge dirty. “Sandra” did not ensure a clean room when she “cleaned it”.
