Disappointing stay The indoor pool was very cold and so was the hot tub that was broken. Then the shower knob was missing in the tub so we couldn't take a shower. We had to shower in another room and there was 1 minute of hot water. It is a shame because it was clean and in a convenient location.

Embarrassed Won’t be graphic but house keeping walked in on a situation with my partner way before check out.... TWICE... shower head is on the middle of the wall and I’m 6 ft and had to be bent down to shower and water pressure was so bad it took forever to rinse off. Toilet seat is for people 13 and under just about. I’m skinny and can’t fit on the seat. Cabinets in my room would not close. Had to have something in front of them to keep doors shut. Did not have mirrors. Rooms were not cleaned. Had be asking for towels or shampoo. Roaches in room.

The hotel is operated and managed at minimum. Amenities have been reduced or removed to apparently cut cost. The issues are above staff level as every staff member we talked to was pleasant and very apologetic but it was very apparent that our complaints are very common. We needed to extend our stay due to home renovations but two nights was torture enough so we chose another hotel in the area. The hotel is conviently located to shopping, donning and easy access to major roads.

La quinta I was charged by Expedia and the hotel also charged me again for the same night. I still haven’t received credit for the second charge.

UNDER RENOVATION Pros: location Cons: More attention to detail having rooms ready. Location: location is excellent Started off bad from going in to the first room which had two huge spots of mold on the wall that had not been taking care of to the hot tub not being hot to running out of hot water Sunday morning. Just overall not a good experience and will choose a different hotel when in that area.

Excellent location but needs some upgrades Housekeeping appeared to not get anything right with my room. I always had an issue, from not cleaning to removing sheets and leaving on another bed, mold on ac unit, really a disaster and when I complained I would get excuses.

Business trip. Pros: Staff checking it was wonderful. Very nice! Cons: Rooms cleaner and AC improved. Location: Great location Hotel smelled. Room my Hot and not very clean. One of our rooms was by the ice machine. When I complained was told it bothers some and not others. It bothered me! Kids screaming in hall most of the night.
