Disappointing Stay Location: There are tons of restaurants nearby. Walking into the room, we smelled a strange musty smell. The room was spacious, had a fridge, microwave, and TV was also pretty large for a hotel room, but that is where the perks stopped. The bathroom was musty, with cracked, dirty tile, and you had to hold the handle down for a long time to flush the toilet. Not What I Expected! Cons: Cleanliness and Customer Service Location: Loved it Filthy rooms and unpleasant staff. My first room was terrible. You could tell that it had not been clean nor had the sheets been changed, by the amount of dry blood that was left behind.

Construction!!! Pros: Unpleasant stay gave a bad taste about the hotel all together. Cons: Notice of ongoing CONSTRUCTION Construction made the room dusty and noisy. The pool was also closed because of construction. Which was one of the main amenities we wanted. The TV didn't work and had to have staff come and fix it. The room size was small and cramped. There was no notice on website to indicate ongoing construction. Would have pick somewhere else had I known.

Never go there again No notice about renovations that were underway. Pool and Spa closed but still were charged full price . When room was cleaned did not refill basic soaps, shampoo, coffee. Very disappointed!!

Ok Hotel The front desk was very friedly, however housekeeping was not and did not care about the rooms, this was apperant when one came down while i was checking in and the front asked her if all the rooms were clean and she said nope and I have a appointment later, and walked out. This was probably why my room was still not ready when i checked in at 6pm. The breakfast was ok as long as yiu git there early other wise when its over its over and the employees did not want to hear it they just closed everything up and took it... read more

Not the worst, but .... I have never written a review before, but I felt compelled to do so this time. To start, it was 102 degrees in Dallas that day. When we entered our room, it was clear the air conditioner had not been on for some time and it was sweltering. The recliner was broken as the foot rest would not go down. And the refrigerator was on its last leg with a door that you had to hold in place to shut less it would fall off. Wouldn't return Cons: Wet carpet floors, mildew smell in room, don't assign room to another person right after another customer tells you it stinks terribly! When I reserved/purchased the room online I requested a king bed with sofa bed room. When we arrived, lady at front desk checked us in. She gave me the room keys to a room on the 3rd floor. Worst Motel Stay Ever I was booked for 2 nights. Key would not work second day. Was on 4th floor and the elevator was broken most of the time we were there; I am 70 years old and had to walk the stairs about 5 times.
