It’ll was a very poor stay and not worth the upgrade to a suite. Lamp didn’t have bulb in master bedroom, reported it and they said maintenance didn’t come til morning? Some light switches didn’t work Toilet was faulty running all the time Shower pressure very bad It was conveniently located

Lost guest over towels and trash shame on you Wyndham The trash was not emptied, we did not receive clean towels for our second night, was told they only give more and empty trash every 3 days. I do not use my towels at home but once I sure am not going to reuse towels when I paid over 300.00 for two nights, that is disgusting and against my personal habits. Disappointing Cleanliness, there was hair on the sheets and a roach when we arrived. We could tell it wasn’t thoroughly cleansed. Location , had lots of food areas and stores around

Our stay was ok for a quick late stop and place to sleep and staff was helpful. caught a a live roach running across the bathroom counter and flushed it. breakfast staff was excellent, but breakfast equipment needed attention convenience to the roads I was travelling Easy checkin/checkout parking

Disabled people or handicapped people aren't valued there The front desk and the fact that they wouldn't help me with the my luggage and also handicap accessible you have to go all the way to the third floor and all the way in the back of the home that's not handicap accessible I was in I'm in a wheelchair Breakfast and the cleanliness of the rooms the beds were comfortable too that front desk was terrible

Fair Would have been nice to have maid service. As I rated it was "decent" but we normally stay at Hilton Hotels, so this hotel was just ok.We did not have maid service at all during our stay, which was not acceptable to me.

Fair Dirty and bad smelling rooms and facility. Friendly Staff and good location.

Not a place we’ll ever stay again. Room had sticky entry floor, mold around tub grout, disgusting dirty toilet rim and water rings not even wiped off nightstand. A/c smelled sour when it comes on. Location was good
