Great staff!! The staff goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Good location with several restaurants around. Tuscan Slice was exceptional!
Pleasant They were out of soaps and lotions.
Staff was very nice and friendly. Checked in with no problems. Room was clean A/C made noise everytime it turned on/off. People were very loud Bed was perfect
Value for price was good No lotion in bathroom. I inquired and the lady at the desk said they had just ran out and new order had not yet arrived. Which was good because I thought maybe that service had been discontinued. Breakfast wasn't great .location was hard to find The young man at the front desk when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. Bedding clean. Room clean. Staff very good
Son's trip to see memories. Thermostat was set at 86 on arrival. More than a little high for hot Texas summer. Clean, convenient to restaurants and other businesses. Also to highway.

Great hotel, location, customer service, gladly recommend. The pool was clean, however, the lack of attention of how the people using it was discouraging. When I notified a staff member, I felt blown off. no monitoring of the pool area. Hot tubs are not safe for babies, internal temp. get too hot. When asked the young lady knew who the couple was, she didn't seem worried, parents were sitting in car outside the fence area. The staff was great, breakfast chef was wonderful, caring, and patient with other demanding visitors.
Pleasant There was a strong urine odor in one of the restrooms.
