Disappointing Broken elevator. Handicap had to go to Third floor!!
No elevator and a 3 floor walk up. Very bad experience. The elevator was broken. I am a 70 year old man with a lot of gear and I was given a room on the 3rd floor because that was the only one available? I was there for 4 nights and the elevator was not repaired. Staff told me it had been down for at least a week. This was the worst lodging experience I've had in a long time and I travel a lot. Not repairing the elevator on a multistory property is ridiculously negligent. The location, breakfast, and bed were all good.

Dear guest, The staff did send you notice that the elevator was not working. We did give all the guest options to get a full refund or stay. The elevator was required a special order piece to fix it. We assure you there was no negligent . We are so proud of our staff , as this has been a difficult for them also. We do understand and are grateful for the guest that are being understanding of a situation that is out of our control
Remember customer service is the key. Upon arrival after driving 7 hours at 7pm. I was notified as I was checking in that the elevator was out of order, and that my room was on the 3rd. I inquired about a room on the first floor and was told there was no vacancies on any floors. I was told I could find another hotel and the were discounted. I paid over 400$ for 3 nights so I don’t think there was a discount but I feel the should be. Dear guest, We do apologize for the elevator being down. Unfortunately the city had multiple storms that came through that cause the problem. We had many tech come to fix it but the part had to be ordered. They gave us different dates on when it would be fixed. Our staff tried their best to contact all the guest. Overall; disappointed. The elevator had been out for over a week without any attempt to remedy the situation. The original room we booked was Non-Smoking and ended up smelling like smoke. Also, the pool had a lot of debris that hadn't been cleaned out of it. The size of the room was spacious.

Dear guest, Unfortunately Our city had many storms . Due to electrical surge our elevator stopped working. We had many technicians come to work on the elevator. The part had to be ordered. Poor facility design and essential repairs not made timely. Rooms clean and staff were very helpful The hotel was built with only 1 elevator instead of 2 and it was out of order for more tan a week. Therefore we had to climb the stairs for 3 floors with our luggage which did not work for us and many other people- there was no extra staff help available to help with luggage. PI know of some seniors that went this facility to go to another hotel Room was clean,the bed was comfortable, and good air conditioning worked well.
Staff is amazing The rooms furniture was damaged, the ceiling had been repaired but wasn't painted. Charlotte and her staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Fair The breakfast eggs were very runny. Not very flavorful. We had an issue with our room with something that no traveler wants to run into, but Charlotte (Front desk) was very quick and accommodating and got the situation handled. The location was perfect and close to our activity we had planned. Close to WalMart and places to eat.
