We booked La Strada to celebrate a birthday with seven total family members. We have to admit we were disappointed. Those assisting us were polite and friendly, however service was slow, food was slow, and though the food was tastey, after spending nearly $400 we left underwhelmed. In the future if we book at El Dorado we will stick with Roxy.

We eat here a few times a year. The food is excellent but the service is lacking. The waiters are super nice but EVERY plate took forever to come. No offer to fill our glasses until AFTER we received the bill. Lots of apologies from the waiter. But it ruined the whole experience (again). Love the Bolognese but I m not sure if we will be back

Keith was our waiter and he was amazing. He hand fed us and picked our wine and made our birthday celebrations. Truly, a unique experience will never forget. I highly recommend requesting him if you’re going there.

La Strada is one of our favorite restaurants in Reno and we make it a point to have dinner at least once while in town. Tonight our server was Brianna and she was outstanding!! Her assistant, Ivan who was also very welcoming with a great sense of humor. The food was another home run. Thank you La Strada for another pleasurable evening.
