Gloria & Z The 1 hour delay at check-in. (Perhaps a discount voucher for meal at Horseshoe could've been offered). No plastic or cardboard cups, or clothes hangers in room (brought up promptly). Location was perfect. Parking easy in & out. We found a spot literally right outside the door to check in. Room was easy to access -close to elevator. Clerk at front desk explained about delays with check-in. He did a great job of keeping things from escalating with upset guests, due to delay.

All in all excellent. Just the food was bad. Food Loved everything, exceeded expectations. Only disappointment was the food, not only Lady Luck but the Horseshoe too.

Wonderful De ligging is niet mijn smaak. We konden nergens rustig voor een normale prijs eten. Het was een dorpje om vooral te gokken. Mooie luxe kamer.

Wonderful My room was not ready when I arrived so they offered me a free upgrade for a much reduced price. When I checked out, they stated that since I booked through a separate booking company, they could not give me the reduced rate and did not refund my holding fee. I won't be staying there in two days when I return. I was charged double and did not receive my refund.
