Dan at guest services was AWESOME! Very attentive and knowledgeable about the casino and area.

The shower didn't drain well.... Kinda gross. We got there and we had to go to a different tower because they sold out the rooms at Lady luck. We were tired and not expecting to get back on the road and go to a different destination. Even though it wasn't too far out was inconvenient. They said they have us a upgrade, but I beg to differ!!
