Good the hotel is connected to the horseshoe casino and there is nobody in it, the restaurants are just ok, didn’t have enough help, food was just so so. No bar tenders on staff at the bars. Honestly don’t know how they stay in business. Hotel check in was horrible. They don’t have anyone at the desk, they have kiosks that don’t work so you have to go next door to the horseshoe that is a bit of a walk and check in. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The room was good the exercise at check-in was a pain Check in was a complete hassle, we first had to go to the third floor to a machine to check in, that didn’t work so had to go back down with our luggage and walk through the casino and finally made contactct with what appeared to be a satellite check in desk and were helped by a apologetic gentleman, then had to go back across the casino with our luggage back up to the third floor to get to our room, by then we were tired and didn’t gamble that night.
