Wonderful Community and Staff I was looking for a place to call home and came upon Lake Eden. Scheduled a tour with PC and it went great. She was very welcoming and friendly. Answered all of our questions. We decided to apply and were approved quickly. The move in process was easy, with the help of our leasing agent PC. She even welcomed us with a cute gift basket. So far everything has been great. The community is clean and the staff seem to be doing a great job at running things.

Great Maintenance The maintenance guys were very proactive to fix a water leak I had in my home. JE, IS, & JF came and got the job done efficiently & since then, all has been great! I love my house at Lake Eden, it’s beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for my little family. It really makes all of the difference when your maintenance technicians care for the way you live comfortably at the property. Thank you guys!
