Beautiful apartments, smooth move in process. Khadija was simply the best. She was extremely informative and has made the move in process a breeze. We are excited to start our lease here with lake Eden. Upon touring our apartment it was genuinely beautiful.

Great Maintenance The maintenance guys were very proactive to fix a water leak I had in my home. JE, IS, & JF came and got the job done efficiently & since then, all has been great! I love my house at Lake Eden, it’s beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for my little family. It really makes all of the difference when your maintenance technicians care for the way you live comfortably at the property. Thank you guys!

My Move-In Today Was Quick and Smooth! I originally came to Lake Eden and and toured and loved the community, it’s beautiful and clean! I was helped by VB & TA from tour to the move-in process. They made it easy even when I had to push back my move-in date! I’ll forward living here with our family!

Can’t wait to be apart of the community Drove by Lake Eden and decided last minute to stop by the office. Paige was kind enough to take me on a tour last minute. When my lease is up in December this is where I am heading. Everyone was so nice and you can tell they take pride in the complex.

Just Moved To Lake Eden! I just moved to Lake Eden yesterday, and I’m loving my experience so far from the beautiful property and the onsite amenities such as wash and dryer facilities for residents. The AJ & VB made the move-in process smooth, and maintained communication with me throughout the process. They let me tour my unit before moving in as well. I look forward to my time living here!
