Lake Eden Apartments and Townhomes Lake Eden Apartments if a very affordable complex but you get what you pay for which is,t much. You receive ample living space but the "amenities" are not current or sometimes even functional. They provided us with a dishwasher that was rusted and falling apart and when notified they sent a tech out who tightened a few screws and said I'm good to go. never even consider moving to any lake eden owned apartments. Th These have to be one of the worst apartments in columbus!! There mantenhance takes days, weeks even months to fix a problem. Bugs that never got away. We're very clean people and they have bombed/ sprayed 3 or 4 times and there's still issues. The bathroom ceiling is falling and the wood looks molded-in like it's going to collapse completely from the tub above us. I could go on for days but my suggestion is to never even move here you'll be happy you didn't
one of the worse places i lived! This place is a joke...it took almost all day to get hot water for my wife and little girl. The office staff is more of a button pusher because they don't help just upset you...anytime you need something fixed,.good luck... I would advise everyone to stay away from this place!
