Leasing Office is condemned Went here to look at apartments and when I got there their leasing office had a big big red danger sign on the doors with a condemned sign.... I think I'm going to take a hard pass.

Be Careful. I didn’t even get to move in because I was on a waiting list, but all they do is advertise open and/or available now apartments. It’s a joke. The lady was nice but just stop advertising false information, especially if people need to move as soon as possible.

Wishy Washy They keep advertising open apartments when they have none. Paid a deposit and was thinking my June 1st move in was a go, but they keep trying to get me into more expensive apartments that do not even have move ins until the middle of July. Over a month past what I was planning. If they keep it up I am going to ask for my deposit back. Do not lie on websites saying you have available apartments when you clearly have none. I am now getting leery even if offered a place if any of it is what they say on the website. ... read more

Very unprofessional I tried moving in to these apartments. I got approved, but my move in date was pushed back several times then I received no more communication at all! Never returned my calls or emails so I had to find another place to live. RIDICULOUS!!!

Never Again???????????????????? Experience I wish I didn’t go through is staying in one of this complex is a nightmare and will advise anyone who values confort not to even wast their money on this place pls find another because they are more nice and comfortable Apt in Columbus town. Poor management not to say maintenance. They more concern about the money more done the service.????????????????????. This APT don’t even deserve one star.

DONT MOVE HERE This place is terrible, i wish i wouldn’t listened to all the people that told me not to live here, they don’t fix anything, office staff is terrible, bugs were in the apartment from the time i moved in, they have hidden fees and they will do anything possible to get extra money out of you! Wish they would tear all the apartments down and make office staff unemployed. So happy my lease is up!!!

Never move here When I first moved in, things were okay. Then, I started to have problems. My oven didn’t work AT ALL and it was never fixed, even after asking. Eventually, I gave up. Then, my freezer stopped working, froze shut and a giant ice ball formed inside my fridge. Dishwasher stopped working as well. Then, there was a leak inside the wall. They came in, cut holes in our walls, fixed the leak and never fixed the walls. This happened about a year ago. The office knew about it as well, and didn’t do anything about it. ... read more

Worst place ever Don't not attempt to move here.. Nikki, their office worker is rude and ignorant. They'll cut you off and hang up, and don't care about anything. Move only if desperate :'0D aka DON'T!!

Go the other way....... Be very careful here. I thought this was a wonderful place to move into, but I was sadly mistaken. I have had a series of set backs this past few months that has pushed me into bankruptcy. Unfortunately I had to go Chapter 13. Well as you know that stops all collection activities even evictions. Well they filed an eviction on 4/19/17 and I filed Chapter 13 on 4/20/17. At that point, I was given an automatic stay and such that comes with filing.
