Good location and reasonable rent Good central location. Close to good schools and shopping. Maintenance is very responsive to calls and has fixed all problems in a timely manner. Good size bedrooms.
Very good I am looking to move soon. Lake Eden is one of the top places on my list. They seem nice and are in the area I am looking to go. Just hope they have a place when I am ready. Thank You
BEST PLACE IVE EVER LIVED! You cant beat their prices, they have a clean environment, nice staff, and the apartments have so much room! Never had any problems, maybe a little noise but thats it. I recommend to anyone
Uninhabitable Conditions at Move in! Unit was NOT move-in ready. ROACH activity observed and carpet contained CAT LITTER saturated with URINE beneath the CARPETS. Issues were not properly addressed until a formal complaint was filed. Inspect units carefully before signing.

dirty when I even first moved in the place wasn’t properly cleaned or updated, closet was hanging on by a thread and walls are thin if you can afford it highly suggest looking elsewhere

Roaches It is "ok" because the kitchen is cute. If...you don't mind ROACHES. Cheap blinds. Smelly carpet. Rude office staff. Paint that peels off the wall. Yellow smoke stains on bathroom walls by the vent and ceiling. Constant stench of cigarettes and marijuana in my apartment...24/7. Worst decision I've ever made moving here. Goose crap everywhere. The only ok thing is the maintenance staff...very nice guys and work hard. The rest...awful.

Run Run Run New management team, rude and unprofessional. Management team will come in apartment without 24hr notice and also send maintenance in without 24hr notice. They give additional charges out of nowhere. The apartments in the buildings in the back have roaches and bedbugs , they will not let you out of your lease knowing they moved you in with those issues. Roaches, rats, bedbugs and secondhand weed smoke DO NOT MOVE HERE. In less than a year of living here I've dealt with roaches, rats, and bedbugs. And to make dealing with these things worse, the leasing office is one of the most incompetent and unmotivated you will ever find. Took them months to fix my roach problem, months to fix my rat problem and I still have a bedbug problem. People are constantly smoking in the building stairways and noone from the office does anything about it so expect a bunch of weed smoke to be comi... read more

ROACHES, BEDBUGS, MICE roaches, bed bugs and mice! I moved in with all these pest living in the apartment already! I would not recommend anyone moving here.
