Very unprofessional I tried moving in to these apartments. I got approved, but my move in date was pushed back several times then I received no more communication at all! Never returned my calls or emails so I had to find another place to live. RIDICULOUS!!!

Never Again???????????????????? Experience I wish I didn’t go through is staying in one of this complex is a nightmare and will advise anyone who values confort not to even wast their money on this place pls find another because they are more nice and comfortable Apt in Columbus town. Poor management not to say maintenance. They more concern about the money more done the service.????????????????????. This APT don’t even deserve one star.

DONT MOVE HERE This place is terrible, i wish i wouldn’t listened to all the people that told me not to live here, they don’t fix anything, office staff is terrible, bugs were in the apartment from the time i moved in, they have hidden fees and they will do anything possible to get extra money out of you! Wish they would tear all the apartments down and make office staff unemployed. So happy my lease is up!!!

Never move here When I first moved in, things were okay. Then, I started to have problems. My oven didn’t work AT ALL and it was never fixed, even after asking. Eventually, I gave up. Then, my freezer stopped working, froze shut and a giant ice ball formed inside my fridge. Dishwasher stopped working as well. Then, there was a leak inside the wall. They came in, cut holes in our walls, fixed the leak and never fixed the walls. This happened about a year ago. The office knew about it as well, and didn’t do anything about it. ... read more

Worst place ever Don't not attempt to move here.. Nikki, their office worker is rude and ignorant. They'll cut you off and hang up, and don't care about anything. Move only if desperate :'0D aka DON'T!!

Go the other way....... Be very careful here. I thought this was a wonderful place to move into, but I was sadly mistaken. I have had a series of set backs this past few months that has pushed me into bankruptcy. Unfortunately I had to go Chapter 13. Well as you know that stops all collection activities even evictions. Well they filed an eviction on 4/19/17 and I filed Chapter 13 on 4/20/17. At that point, I was given an automatic stay and such that comes with filing. Bed Bugs, Unsafe. Broken down Entire buildings infested with bed bugs where disabled, seniors and children live. Broken Stair railings and no outdoor lighting makes it unsafe. Ceiling falling from prior water damage not taken care of properly. Housing authorities and Lawyers are now involved. Staff unkind and unjust. Also they put kids on 2nd floor apartments making lots of noise. People fear being kicked out if they talk. Owner sucks!
Worst idea we ever had... My fiance and I decided to get an apartment for our newly started family. We moved in and everything was great for about a week. Then my fiance starts waking up with bites. We're told it's spiders and they spray, wait a week and now we have bed bugs crawling on our mattress and I'm certain the couches too. We get eaten alive no matter where we sleep. Upon moving in they said that "the carpet was fine so it didn't need replaced just cleaned." My suggestion, spend that extra 50-100 bucks a month to li... read more
Worst place ever! If you want to get roaches and bed bugs this is the place for you! Do you want to live somewhere with a gym and a pool you don't get to use? You will love it here at lake Eden. Always wanted a second floor apartment view? You can get that here too, but only if you want to risk your life using the stairs when it rains. And maintanance repairs only take about a month or two to get taken care of. If you move here you will get the opportunity to get your car broken into and anything you have outside stolen.
