The Service at this location is horrible, even by the doctors. They seriously need to have some training in dealing with people in a professional manner. They have a very condescending attitude and present a nice/nasty demeanor. I went in to this location to obtain a new supply of flea meds (Nexguard), the service rep behind the counter was extremely rude and said, "without a prescription or an exam, we can't help you." The only reason I would bring an pet here is to die. I have brought my dog here twice now, because we were in a pinch for time with the kids, and both times I have been utterly disappointed with the amount of attention to detail and cost of this establishment. My first visit was easy my questions were answered but I wasn't told they charge to go in with your pet until AFTER the check up, then the second visit the man who took my dog in said he was only taking her weight but then I was called to pay for three shots I wasn't told they gave her, I wasn't told the prices beforehand or what they were for and two were more like suggestions than needs so it was a waste and I had stood in line before they took her to ask to check her and was ignored as they kept calling other names as I s... read more

We have checked our documentation though and it does look like upon check-in, you signed forms acknowledging the vaccines that were going to be given to your pet. Once again, we apologize for any lapse in communication on our end and would be happy to go over the forms and consent you provided should that be of interest.
Only complaint is their min. cost for Meds. You are better off getting a hand written prescription and going to Walmart to have it filled. Value Pet charges around $17.00 and Walmart charges $4.00. Value Pet Clinic wanted to charge me $17.00 for (9) pills that I normally get for 18 cents for (9). I only needed 9 pills to hold me over until my order of 360 pills arrived at a total cost of $7.20. Staff not very helpful, they hide behind there PC's. They don't greet their customers when they come in. Not a very friendly atmosphere.
WORST PLACE EVER!! Took my dog in for a dental cleaning few years ago and the Vet called and said, he needed a tooth extracted. I said I wanted to see the radiographs and they wouldn't let me. Being a dental hygienist myself, I wanted to see the reasoning behind the need for a tooth extraction? He doesn't eat bones or chew on hard toys. they pulled a tooth out and wanted to pull all his lower front teeth out too. He was only 2 at the time. We spent 3 full hours at the clinic to get our cat examined for an ear issue. After the exam was over it took more than 30 minutes just to pay the bill. Then they inform us that oh by the way we decided to give her a shot for something else without even notifying you first and its an extra 30 bucks. We wont be coming back here again.
I personally have never been to the other clinics but I'm officially fed up with the Kent location which at best is good for basic vaccines and spay/neuter procedures. My review is long but I promise its worth reading to the end. I did start taking my dog there for the "value" part of it because due to him having seizers for the past 10 years the tests/prescriptions can get expensive. At first it was just ok because they could call in rx (the same drug he has been on for the past 10 years) but now they say they do not have a vet that has the license to call in to another pharmacy so you are suppose to get it from them, the problem I have with this is they are price gouging their customers because they are double the price of any other pharmacy.
