Staff not very helpful, they hide behind there PC's. They don't greet their customers when they come in. Not a very friendly atmosphere.

WORST PLACE EVER!! Took my dog in for a dental cleaning few years ago and the Vet called and said, he needed a tooth extracted. I said I wanted to see the radiographs and they wouldn't let me. Being a dental hygienist myself, I wanted to see the reasoning behind the need for a tooth extraction? He doesn't eat bones or chew on hard toys. they pulled a tooth out and wanted to pull all his lower front teeth out too. He was only 2 at the time. Then, just a year ago I took him in for yearly shots and the dumb Vet gave him 2 wron... read more

We spent 3 full hours at the clinic to get our cat examined for an ear issue. After the exam was over it took more than 30 minutes just to pay the bill. Then they inform us that oh by the way we decided to give her a shot for something else without even notifying you first and its an extra 30 bucks. We wont be coming back here again.

I personally have never been to the other clinics but I'm officially fed up with the Kent location which at best is good for basic vaccines and spay/neuter procedures. My review is long but I promise its worth reading to the end. Strike 1: Took cat in for loss of weight, increased thirst and they diagnosed her with hypothyroidism (under active thyroid) and we were skeptical and got a second opinion elsewhere and she was THEN accurately diagnosed with hyperthyroidism (over active thyroid) and was given proper treatment and g... read more

I did start taking my dog there for the "value" part of it because due to him having seizers for the past 10 years the tests/prescriptions can get expensive. At first it was just ok because they could call in rx (the same drug he has been on for the past 10 years) but now they say they do not have a vet that has the license to call in to another pharmacy so you are suppose to get it from them, the problem I have with this is they are price gouging their customers because they are double the price of any other pharmacy. It wa... read more

Took my pets here for years but stopped due to wait times being up to 2 hours long, lack of organization and a few bad attitudes at the front counter and even more wait time when billing out. No streamlined process once you've seen the vet. You sit and wait even longer to pay your bill and more times than not have to remind them you are ready to bill out. More importantly the different veterinarians you may see each time seem to be drastically up charging for unnecessary tests and procedures. Not all of them do this but... read more

1st visit ( Friday ) My dog had blood in urine. Urine collected and I was told I would get a call back with the results. They were sending the urine out for culture which takes a few days.. Monday comes...no call, tuesday no call, So I called on Wed and ask about the result and I was told no culture were sent out. All was done was a urine dip...Fine...I got somewhat upset but I thought I would give them another chance. ( Just don't tell me you'll call me with the results when none was sent out ) Paid $200+ for that visit. 2... read more

I have gone to the Shoreline Value Pet Clinic since my dog was a young pup and the service was always very friendly, informative, quick and thorough. I recently moved to the south end and to keep records combined, I decided to continue with the clinic in Kent. I have not only taken my own dog here at least 5 times, but also my boyfriends dog on several occasions. Unlike the Shoreline clinic my experience has been awful, including extremely long waits (close to an hour and a half each time), very understaffed, and very unfrie... read more

I had took my cat in because of severe allergies. When got there my cat was already in shock because doesn't like car rides but then where told we had to wait for 1.5 to be seen. The Vet told us she had allergies and said we needed to do a test for $382! and that was all that they had recommended and sent my husband home after the 1 1/2 wait and a bill. To me this is unprofessional and not a good clinic because my cat needed to be seen for severe reason but didn't get the care she needed because of lack financially liable op... read more
