Care of pets is good, however wait time is ridiculously horrible. I checked in at 11:10am and they only had 2 dogs in front of me already being seen.. they had two doctors in.. I finally was called around 12:20pm and we went back into the room where we waited for another 30 minutes. I was bringing my dog in for a check up and a nail trim. I most likely will come back because of the good dog care... but the wait time needs to change.

Use to be a good clinic, has gone down hill significantly. I blame turnover. I never see the same face whenever I go in.

I called Value Pet Clinic yesterday because they never called me back. The lady in the office didn't know they were supposed to call me. I explained everything to her and she told me the Office Manager would be in tomorrow (which is now today) and I still have not heard anything. Additionally, I have changed vets - now going to Reber Ranch. It has been confirmed my puppy has Tapeworm. Way to completely drop the ball Value Pet Clinic and make my puppy suffer another week.

Horrible place! Never take your pets here ever they messed up my pets ashes with somebody else's and won't even tell us where they are. They were not even apologetic being a pet place and caring for animals you would think they would care. Trash!

We took our dog here when he got sick. He's a big pit and the whole left side of his face started drooping and he just wasn't acting like himself. So we brought him in. The vet gave us entirely wrong information and totally misdiagnosed our dog. They told us he either had an embolism or had cancer. We could spend tons of money doing medical imaging but even that couldn't be definitive. So they told us to take him home and he would either get better if he had an embolism or worse if he had cancer. A few days go by and... read more

Had to get one of my Shelties Vaccines done yesterday morning and when I asked the girl - Jennifer (not just her fault cause all the girls behind that desk are just as catty) at the front desk how long it would take she replied by saying she did not know. So I asked is it like an hour maybe two or all day? And the response was a passive aggressive answer that there were 4 people ahead of me and it could take all day! I was like really all day? The staff does not have respect for the customer's time, apparently they're not in business because of customers and they don't keep track of the line, even though one signs in; my time like other people's is precious. There are other clinics that will appreciate me and my business.

Please don't take your pets here if you care about their lives! The doctors here have no problem killing family pets! The people here are incompetent! When i took my beautiful 9 year old yellow lab here for a dental, id never think that i would lose her forever. They didn't seem to want to look after her after the surgery and due to their inability to do their job she died of neglect! This should have never happened! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY PETS HERE!

While they have great pricing and they did a great job with the procedure itself. I was not happy with the fact that they left stitches in and then told us we didn't have to return because our cat would pull them out himself. Well 4 weeks later and they are still in my cat has not pulled one of them out. We now have to take him to a vet close by to have them removed. Luckily we are not being charged by this vet.
