I just had my cat there for a nail trim. I was concerned he may have splinters in his paws. They double checked him and weighed him too. Always great service!!!

They were absolutely amazing with my pet guinea pig! I have so much appreciation that they treat exotic animals here. They were very thorough with my guinea pig, catching and diagnosing very quickly. Love it here!

Great! I was so happy he was able to be seen the day after I called since my kitty did test positive for a UTI. It was a relief that the meds were able to be given by the staff once rather than trying to give him meds at home, especially over a holiday with the hospital closed. Felt totally confident with the drop off appointment. Thank you Dr. Reister and staff !!

I recently took my cat for a FIV blood test and nail trim. Everything went very smoothly, not rushed. I like the fact that those who attend to him are also cat owners!

This is absolutely the place to take your pet! My dog Trixie has been treated so consistently respectfully here for 13 years now. The front staff, the doctors, everyone who works there is so immensely kind and knowledgeable. They are without a doubt the cleanest and most organized animal care facility I have ever seen. I have not once worried about leaving Trixie in their care, as they always explain exactly what will happen, how it will affect her, and what the next steps are to ensure her health and happiness. I cannot be more pleased with Dr. Jeremy Caseltine, Veronica who checked her in, and the wonderful receptionist l(Abeta ? sorry couldn’t remember exactly)at Lake Street animal hospital. I had recently rescued a Envigo Beagle (Brandy), she wasn’t eating and had diarrhea for two days.
